Clinical Lab Scientist
Location: Arcata, CA
Agency: Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
Pay: $2,200 to $2,400 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 9/30/2026

About the Position

Description

• Perform clinical laboratory testing across multiple laboratory departments as a Generalist.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on benchwork skills and maintain accuracy throughout testing procedures.
• Follow established laboratory procedures, quality-control standards, and safety protocols.
• Properly operate laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Accurately document and report laboratory results.
• Work effectively with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laboratory policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize the Harvest LIS for laboratory workflow and documentation.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Current, active California CLS or MLS license
• Strong Generalist/benchwork experience
• Experience working with LIS – Harvest
• TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
• Must have an active California license at the time of submission
• Ability to work independently in a hospital laboratory environment
