What You Will Do - Equipment Operation: Safely operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to transport materials throughout the facility.
- Loading & Staging: Load, unload, stage, and position inventory in designated warehouse storage racks and bay areas.
- Order Replenishment: Pick, stock, and replenish products accurately using RF scanners or system pick lists.
- Dock Support: Assist shipping and receiving teams with material verification, staging outbound orders, and inspecting incoming loads.
- Safety & Care: Conduct daily equipment safety checks, adhere to facility guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work zone.
What You Need - Required Experience: Proven experience safely operating stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers.
- Logistics Familiarity: Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience required.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on experience using basic RF scanner technology for inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Responsible work ethic, strong safety awareness, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63110.
- Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
