Job Description

Two busy executives, two school-age kids, one recurring challenge: getting everyone out the door with approximately the correct shoes on and a reasonable amount of dignity intact. We're looking for a reliable, energetic, and good-humored Mother's Helper to join our morning routine on weekdays from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. What You'll Be Doing

• Helping two small children (3 & 6) get dressed, fed, and pointed toward school
• Keeping the morning moving when attention spans wander elsewhere
• Light kitchen and household cleanup related to the kids and breakfast
• Packing lunches, backpacks, water bottles, and whatever special item is suddenly essential that morning (today it was a toothbrush)
• Occasionally driving the kids to school
• Providing a calm, capable presence during the most chaotic 90 minutes of the day

About Us -We're a Franco-American family with demanding careers and busy schedules. We are not looking for someone to raise our children. We're looking for someone to help get them from "asleep" to "at school" without requiring a 7:15 AM board meeting. You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are dependable enough that "running late" is not part of your personality
• Can gently herd children without turning into a drill sergeant
• Don't panic when someone can't find the exact sweatshirt they absolutely must wear
• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Have experience with children and strong references

Bonus Opportunities -While the core schedule is weekday mornings, there may be opportunities for additional evening and weekend hours from time to time.
