A Project Management Plan or PMP for short is a formal, approved document that sets forth how a project will be executed, monitored and controlled. A PMP must be well-structured and detailed, and a good PMP will usually provide contingencies and even allow for redundancies.
This web site is under construction, but if you need assistance preparing a PMP, please visit the Australian Institute of Project Management to find a PMP expert. For DIY options, there are also a number of PMP templates available online.
